Loving Hands Elderly Care is a non-medical private home care agency dedicated to helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently in the place they love most — their home.

We provide compassionate, personalized care tailored to each client’s needs. Meet the Owner

Sara Ferreira – CEO & Founder

Sara Ferreira was raised by her grandparents, and that’s where her deep love and compassion for the elderly began. After graduating from Barnstable High School, she earned her CNA certificate and license through Royal Nursing Home.

With hands-on experience in nursing homes, Sara began offering private home care and assisted living services, gaining the trust of countless families across Cape Cod.

In 2022, Sara began her nursing education at Cape Cod Community College and successfully earned her nursing degree in May 2026. Her mission is to provide the same level of care, respect, and dedication she would want for her own family.

For Sara, this work is not just a career — it’s a calling. Caring for the elderly is her life’s purpose. Every visit, every conversation, every act of care is grounded in the belief that our elders deserve dignity, attention, and heartfelt support. At Loving Hands Elderly Care, that’s exactly what she brings to every home.
